Wicked the smash hit West End musical is going on tour! Coming to Bristol’s Hippodrome from 23rd January – 25th February 2024.

Wicked the musical is a spellbinding journey that explores the untold story of the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good Witch from L. Frank Baum’s classic tale, “The Wizard of Oz.” Premiering on Broadway in 2003. Wicked has become a cultural phenomenon. Set in the magical land of Oz before Dorothy’s arrival. The musical follows the unlikely friendship between Elphaba, the misunderstood green-skinned girl, and Glinda, the popular and bubbly blonde. As they navigate the complexities of friendship, love, and power. They are thrust into a world of political intrigue, discrimination, and moral ambiguity.

At its heart, Wicked is a poignant exploration of themes such as acceptance and tolerance. As well as the nature of good and evil.
